Worst experience ever !!
Try to cash a check they wanted 2% no problem was willing to take the 200$ hit then turn around that they needed to verify the check and tell me they can’t cash it because I’m not a costumer never heard that before , then tell me they only cash over 5,000$ to there costumers not to the public …
I can’t believe people bank with pnc and is ok with there policy ….
The fat lady upfront Tara the worst service anybody can provide ..

Again!!! I had $189 in my account this morning and my wife took $100 out. Then my balance was $89 and now it’s -$149??? I’m starting to think someone is embezzling money from peoples accounts so I’ll be contacting the ABI and see what’s going on!

Pure insane. I have a check to cash on a PNC business account and they want to charge me 2% to cash it because I don't have a account with them. 2% doesn't sound like much unless the check is for $7000 and they want $140 to cash it.

My parents have had an account here since it was Amsouth. Since my Daddy’s passing I’ve had to take over all the finances.Daddy dealt with the Millbrook office & some of the staff transferred to Prattville. They remember my Daddy just from seeing his name.I work at a different FI so remembering your clients is so important & is noticed. The staff has been nothing but nice each time I’ve gone in to take care of various things.

So I have been to this bank several times and I do online banking as well, so this is an accurate review over the course of months. I opened an acc in December 21' and had good experiences. Now it is July, and I went to change my name and the system wouldn't print an updated card with my new name, I was printed with the old one. So I have to go through every subscription and change the payment method. A week later the relationship banker I work with was supposed to give me a call back to confirm my appointment to get another card printed with my changed name, but she didn't. I missed that appt because I was sick. I try to go back through the PNC app to order another card and when it gets here, still the old name. And once again I have to go back to the branch to get another card. Finally get the new debit card and then I apply for my first credit card in person. I put down money for it since it was a secured card. Then the next week I hear back from the same associate on my voice-mail about my application. I call the number back to talk to her about it roughly 30 minutes after I missed her call. I call the branch, ask to be transferred to her, I'm told she is with a customer and she will call me back. She does not call me back and it being a Friday, I wasn't going to hear back from her until Monday. Then I still don't hear anything by Monday afternoon and I call and she is out Mon-Tue. I need to talk to someone, another relationship banker, that can talk to me about the application and where I go from here and the manager supposedly puts me in the chat for other employees to pick up and call me to discuss the details. No one picks up the chat to help me. Now it is Friday, and I'm told the original relationship banker I have been working with has left early for the day and when I am transferred to another banker, I get the voice-mail. So needless to say, I'm getting beyond tired of having to beg people to call me back and help me learn about where I need to proceed with a different card. I'm 20 yrs old and it is about time I develop credit, and this branch is honestly making it super difficult for me to figure out what to do next. The people are nice, but I'm disappointed it has taken me so long to find someone who is available and who wants to help me.If things get better, I will update my review*

Do not use this bank, they are incompetent. My mother is 92 years old and was an employee with Compass (BBVA) bank ? for over 30 years. She got free checking and other benefits because she was a former employee. When PNC bank bought them out my mother opened an account with PNC Bank as well as my older brother who she lives with in Millbrook, Alabama. She is 92 years old, she does not have a cell phone or a computer and all she has ask them to do is to mail her a monthly statement so she can balance her checkbook. My mother received one statement from PNC Bank in January 2022 and she has not received one since then. My mother and three of her sons have all called several times to Customer Service and she still does not have a bank statement and we were transferred to several customer service employees during each phone call and my mother and each son had to repeat information several times by my mother and each son to get the matter resolved. My older brother Gary who she lives with called the PNC Bank in Prattville, Alabama on Friday afternoon and talk to a customer service agent again. She promised to FedEx all of her bank statements and she still has not received them. We are going to an attorney if she does not get them Monday afternoon

Went to have something notarized for a school and they were looking for any excuse to get out of having to do it. They said both people signing would have to bank with them not just one. The people working for them at this branch is not a good representation of the company! And I will never bank with them. Also, if you call the 1800 number you will wait on hold and then they will randomly hang up on you. Worst bank ever.

Went in to remove my daughter as authorized on my account due to funds missing. . I am primary and 75 years old and of sound mind. I relocated 3 hours away from daughter that I had resided with. Went to branch to take back my account and was informed by DEVONTE, worst CSA ever, I had to have my daughter with me to remove her from my account. This is my money and I want her off. Was told I could close my account and reopen new one. If I do that the new account I open WILL NOT BE AT PNC! Been with this bank 30 years. And this is how I am treated trying to protect my money. RUN AND RUN FAST AWAY FROM PNC

Been a customer of this bank for years. Every since I got this account I've had issues. Today I was overdraft 4 times. Called the lady refund than back. Then later that day I was in the negative again so I drove back to town and put money in my account. Come home and here we know I'm in the negative again. I am done with pnc. I WILL NOT PUT ANOTHER PENNY IN THIS ACCOUNT!!!I've done drove 140 miles today for nothing. Thanks.
