I've been a Member at Planet Fitness since 2016 and I decided to visit the planet fitness in Prattville AL. It's a cool gym the atmosphere is nice. We'll I'm not a member anymore because people complain to management that I was making them feel uncomfortable. I think ? it shouldn't say Judgement free because nobody knows me in that planet fitness. Now I'm barred from every planet fitness in the world ?. I was invited to that gym and after 5 days of working out there, my membership was canceled. I only went there to use the device below.

Everyone from the moment you walk in and when you leave is warm and welcoming. There is always staff available if you have any questions or need help with anything. The gym is always super clean and presentable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym near Prattville with an awesome environment an an even better staff.

Don't bother! My 18 year old daughter has gone to this gym with other members, friends, no issues in the past. Today, when she arrives, they take her picture, drivers license, and then state that she can't enter as she's not 19. Policies clearly state on the wall, and websites 13-17 must have signed permission. This is ridiculous, I said go to a gym that wants your business and money.

I am not a gym person at all. I usually work out at home with my dumbbells. However, I needed to increase my weights and joining the gym was the easiest & most effective way to do so. I joined PF in Pville and I have been going for about a month now. The front desk staff was helpful day 1 and they are helpful to this day! I haven't had any issues with the app and I like that it tells you how busy it is throughout the day. I love the amount of open space, even when it's crowded, it doesn't feel like it. It's always clean and there are paper towels and disinfectant stations throughout the facility. One thing that stuck out to me was that I received a survey about my feedback at PF and once I submitted it, the manager called me to discuss my feedback. I was not expecting that at all! Kudos for the top tier customer service!!!

My wife went today for new enrollment. The 2 persons at the Front desk insisted that she MUST give them a Valid Bank account number and the Routing number. Seems very Fishy. My wife did provide the bank details because these 2 guys will not let her complete the enrollment without bank details. These 2 guys got things to explain.

The black card perks are amazing! All of the equipment is new and there is plenty to choose from.
