“Despite being short handed on Sunday morning (09/24/23) Tea gave it her all. She still offered water and was very pleasant, despite being overloaded. She warned incoming customers that the wait may be longer, as she was the only worker. She had 3 cars in the bays and 2 waiting, but she hustled to get work completed while maintaining control.Not a good show for Take 5 for providing proper resources but certainly an excellent show of hard work and dedication by Tea. Excellent service and overall experience.”

“Got my car in on a busy Friday, listened to my concerns and what I needed. Updated me directly during the time I waited and made sure I knew what was needed and what the costs were. Longest wait time was for the parts but the work itself was done pretty quickly. I know I paid less than most places would have charged for the same repairs.”

“My daughter and I had our oil changed on 2 separate days. We were greeted when we drove up. Greeted with a smile by the new Manager. She described their process and what they do, they check everything, lights, air filter, horn, like you get with an inspection. After the oil change they check the oil and show you the stick to let you know it was filled back up and was normal. Price was the as other places that had changed my oil. You have personal service. She stayed bubbly with a smile on her face the whole time. I recommend Grease Monkey 100%> I regret I did not get pictures. They were totally awesome ??????? ??????”

“The folks at Long-Lewis Ford gave me one of the best customer experiences I've had in a very long time, if ever. My truck broke down partway through a multi-state road trip. I was able to make it to the dealership, and despite it being an unusually busy day (nationwide thunderstorms as well as two days before thanksgiving). I was made to feel that my vehicle was a priority and that they were doing there very best to get it fixed. Sunny was helpful, easy to talk to, and went out of her way to keep me updated at every step of the process. It made my day when Chapman personally told me that my vehicle was finished and repaired well before I expected it to be. He also took the time to listen and answer all of my questions and even follow up questions the following day over the phone. All in all the next time I need a repair or maintenance I would go out of my way time to take my vehicle to Long-Lewis. They do a very good job.”
