I have had metro for years. Today I went in and asked for if they had an internet service & they did. We talked about the service. I got it came home set it up way better than CenturyLink that couldn't help me with the outages.this one runs like a charm.

Had a horrible experience!! Me and my husband and I went to go in the store bc our phone where messed up and hotspot wouldn't work all u could do was sit in the chair and tell me he couldn't help me but downgraded my plan

I just had to write this review for John at this location.... He gave us the BEST customer service and really took his time to get my Aunt a new phone and set up. I wish I could deal with more people as educated, professional, friendly and just a good person. It made it worth the drive from Auburn to get us set up with new phone.

I was at this store recently trying to see about my bill. When I got there the manager was distracted outside arguing with someone and the other employees were rude. I came back later that day to get help and the employee didn’t know what he was doing. I asked if I could speak to a manager. He said the manager had left early and that he wasn’t answering his calls. Most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to.

Rude customer service! Great customer service. One person is telling me they do no returns. While the other is helping, giving you 800 number. Only Metro I've ever been that SUCKS

If I could rate the store a 0 it would be 0. Went into store to purchase new phone, I picked out phone, paid for phone, employee unboxed and activated and then handed me the phone. Realized it wasn't the phone I picked out immediately and I let her know right then it wasn't the phone I picked out. All she could say was "it's to late, I already activated the phone, it can't be returned." After dwelling on it for 2 day's I called customer service, customer service apologized and said numerous times that that wasn't right and they would be sure that I got the phone I had asked for. So I did as I told, returned to the store, explained it to the manager, manager said he couldn't do anything so he contacted district manager, district manager said they couldn't do anything about it, I then called cooperate office, they couldn't do anything either. What a joke when it comes to doing right by there customers and correcting what there employee screwed up. Be careful dealing with the Prattville Alabama location and the entire district thedm covers. Not to mention I repeatedly let them know that all I wanted was the phone I picked out, and I would pay any difference in price. They didn't care. Filing complaints with BBB and switching carrier's.
