Do NOT use McNeal & Son! Brought my truck in for a fuel pump. He did the work and it runs, problem is that now there is no fuel gauge. He even dropped off the truck to me and he never bothered to notice that the gauge is at zero. That’s when he got nasty. Told me to bring it back which I did two separate days for him to make his new customers a priority not this work because he already had my money. I contacted my credit card company to try to get him not to ignore me only for him to fraudulently submit paperwork to my credit card company to creep his ill gotten gain. He STILL has not communicated as an adult at this time. Now when I contacted him again for the warranty repair since he has my money he got indignant about the whole situation and refused to even honor his warranty. If I could rate him as a zero I would. Go elsewhere

McNeal and Son did great work on my truck and was affordable. And on top of that, they didn't try to upsale me on anything. I took my 13 F150 for a leak ring and pinion seal on my rear differential. Heath knew exactly what seal i was asking about, while another local shop told me that my truck didnt have a seal in it ??♂️. They have earned my future business and I will definitely recommend them to others. As someone who does most of own work its good to know that there is someone I can rely on when the job is too big for a diy guy like myself.

Yall go see Dustin!
I inherited my grandfathers ‘01 Ford and it needed a good lil’ tune up after sitting for so long.
Dustin and his crew did TOP NOTCH work, and had it back to me very rapidly.
They do good work.
They are honest.
& they stand behind their work.
Excellent shop for all your vehicles needs.

Took my vehicle here for an alignment. After checking my vehicle, they were very honest. I was told that my vehicle was within the specs on alignment. They wouldn't charge me anything for checking the specs. Where else will you get that kind of honesty? Highly recommend this place! It's really difficult to trust mechanic shops these days.

They overcharged for a 10 minute job and was rude and unprofessional to a customer while I was in the shop! Do not recommend this place at all! What a rip off!

Went in on a recommendation to see these people and they were awesome! Great and fast service. Best price of 2 other places and super nice! Had a new set of tires the next day. Very happy and we will be back for services!

DISHONEST!!! We took our car in b!!! We took our car in because it wasn't starting. They said it was the starter and we told them to go ahead and fix it. So we go pick up our car pay $741 then get in and the air does not work on the driver's side. We told them so they came out to the car and tried to figure it out. They asked us to leave it with them again. Then called and said when they shut the system down to fix the starter the driver's side air conditioner has a door that shut. They told us they would fix it but they said we would have to pay another $200 dollars. WHAT??? ITS THEIR FAULT!!! Our air was working fine when we took it into them and now because of them working on the starter and messed up the air conditioner, we have to pay??? A reputable business would fix what they messed up and thank us for our business but NO, they want to charge us for something they did. Never going back that's for sure. So beware of this business they do not run honestly.e

I give them 2 stats because it's a family owned generational business but it has strayed from its honest roots!!! One of there mechanics is not trustworthy he was suppose to replace all my mounts and only did the easy visible ones!! The guy messed up more than he fixed! Left a bolt out my alternator broke a piece on my new fuel pump!!! And put the mounts in incorrectly! I know it's hard to find good workers these days but you can't keep a shade tree mechanic and successfully run a business! I like heath but he needs to rethink who he had working for him and remember it's the honesty and good work that got there family this far ?♂️ I have been considering wether to write this review or not but when I took my new vehicle to them the other day and they tried being shady on my booking and try to charge me 100 dollars more than I was told that made my mind up!
