“The staff are great...they are only rude if one has been and continues to be rude to them but even then they try to de-escalate the situation and have a supervisor intercede. When I have needed actual assistance they are quite competent and timely in meeting my shipping needs. This is my GO TO place for shipping, returns, faxing, printing, etc.!”
