Not surprised to see two stars. Based on staffing and management, two is overrated. I waited in an aisle for 15 minutes with two pages, noone shows. Went to find a manager who had every excuse, said he only heard one page, no doubt, associate had to go outside to get him. CHRIS has the leadership skills of a beginner. Told me his person was on the phone with another customer, why they had not responded. After front end Hourly told me they were way understaffed. I told Chris I did not appreciate his BS and he was concerned about my aggressive behavior and language. Never once did CHRIS offer a solution, never. Across the street is HOME DEPOT, sure they would appreciate my business as well as anyone else reading this review. Now I see why parking is plentiful, because service is so poor no one goes to this dump. Lastly, dont patronize the customer CHRIS, you are such a poor leader you probaly need to be educated on proper conduct with customers.

Lowes what happen to your store. You can't get help with anything and the people act like the customers are an inconvenience. Maybe it would be best to just make this a self service store and let the employees stay home.

I paid $6K on April 26th for fence materials and an installation. After waiting in the store for an hour to pay--I had been told by the estimator that his paperwork was complete and I could go ahead and pay, which was untrue--and being told that my installation was scheduled for June 12th, I heard nothing from Lowe's until June 12th (when I had already taken a vacation day because someone apparently has to be present for the installation) at 9:00 AM, when someone from a call center called and asked if the materials had ever been delivered, which they had not. She said the installation would have to be rescheduled, and that she would have to call the store and give me an update, which she never did.
Several hours later, after calling back, another call center employee told me on his end that it looked like nothing had been done on my order since April 26th, and that the store had never even gotten the materials together. He told me that he would escalate the issue, and that someone from the store would follow up with me today.
After waiting for most of the day today, I called back, and got another call center employee. She told me that my material delivery was now scheduled for June 20th--I would have no idea had I not called--and she supposedly reached out to the installers to try and get the installation rescheduled, but they didn't answer. Supposedly, someone will follow up by the 15th, but I'm not going to hold my breath.
On top of how much I've spent, I'm out at least one vacation day and several enormously frustrating hours of my time. This has been an extremely unpleasant experience overall, and once the fence that has been paid for for 1.5 months is finally installed, I don't plan to use Lowe's for anything in the future.

Slowest service. Rude employees. One of the worst lowes locations I have visited. Super frustrating and disappointing. I will be writing corporate.

Do not buy appliances here. They sell you a piece of junk and then won’t take it back. They just say too bad.

My delivery was scheduled BY LOWES delivery for 4-8 pm. They came 4 hours early when I wasn't home. I was then told they would come back out. They didn't. Undependable. Don't use them. Buy locally. Do not buy from big box stores.

Poor Third Party Delivery Service, Store Manager No Help. Ordered online from Prattville, AL for delivery. Was given a delivery time of 1:00 - 4:00 PM. The day before delivery received email stating 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM. It was delivered at 5:40 PM. Was told by a store manager I should have received a call the evening before, didn't get one. Was told they would call when they were on the way, didn't get one. Wasted a full day waiting for something when they could have called and not wasted my time, but I guess their time is more important.

In November I ordered a washer and dryer from Lowe's in Prattville AL to be delivered and installed in January. I had to install these myself because your "installation crew" came to my house with none of the connecting hardware to install either appliance. They refused to give me any options other that call Lowes back and reschedule for a future date. I had them off load the appliances. When I returned to the store to get the connecting hardware, The manager at Lowe's refused to make any concession for not doing what you were supposed to do. Lowe's is one of the worst excuses for a business. Not only incompetent but completely uncaring. I will not be shopping at Lowe's again. You guys just lost a customer who has been with you for 47 years.

Product: They seem to have everything you are looking for. Service: The service here is standard. The employees on the floor do a fairly good job assisting customers if they are not helping someone at the time. Customer Service is not the friendliest. I was waiting in line to be helped and when it was my turn one of workers specifically tells the person behind me to come to her desk to be helped. So the worker helped me get skipped in line for some unknown reason. Outsourcing: I used Lowes for flooring my house. The pricing was reasonable. The company they used to install it was bad. They broke a chandelier and window. They also cut the carpet too short in the transition areas. Lastly, the company said the job would take so many days and went over their own date. Some of the days they showed up late, left for long lunches, or just worked half days. When we tried to follow up with them to get things fixed and/or reimbursed for the things broken, they stopped taking our calls. I am sure Lowes has more than one company they use, but that was my experience.

This store turned me into a Home Depot customer today. I've long been a fan of Lowe's but, alas, no more. I'll have to learn the Home Depot store layout now. Earlier today I waited patiently in line at one of the 2 open registers. She turned off the light when I was next in line and left. I had to wait in the line at the only open register. (They don't see fit to use the self checkout) Then I had to go back. One open register on a weekend evening. When I came in the store there were two people in line. I picked up what I needed In 2 minutes. There were now 12 people in line. NOPE! I truly don't understand stores that don't want to sell things. My visit cost them revenue because some will have to restock the pile of hardware I had picked up and left on the floor by the registers.

This Lowe's in not the best I've been to. It's hard to find anything here. There are hardly any employees around, so when I need help finding something I have to walk a mile around the store until I find someone working there. Recently I walked around the entire store trying to find the ladders without success. So I started looking for someone who works there. I walked around the store another time and ended up finding the ladders before I found anyone who works here. Today I needed help so I pressed the call button and waited for about 10 minutes and no one came. My husband went to find someone to ask for help. They told him their intercom system was broken and that they find someone. The man who came didn't seem thrilled to help us. That or he was having a bad day. He came off as rude in my opinion, and not helpful. I'll be going to Home Depot.

if you need a special item or a hard to get item that lowes may stock, even a lowes in another state, make a beeline to the lighting dept and seek out the manager of that area. she helped me get an extremely off the wall solar charger that wasnt stocked, she found it in a california lowes and had it transfered to her store for me to pick up. she spent about 1.5 hours with me. never had that kind of customer service from a lowes before, or anywhere concerning a non stock item in a store. this item didnt fall under her department either, it was considered hardware. didnt stop her. i will also be dropping lowes a line about her. people always dont hesitate to complain when something is bad about a store, but rarely take the time to drop dime on an employee when they shine.
