Terrible experience. My colors didn't match like I asked and eye brows were un-even. My daughter didnt get what she asked for and they had to re-do hers then charged me and her both for the re-do. Save your time and money, go some place else.

Worst experience I have ever had. They didn't do what I asked and then when I requested a re-do they literally charged me an extra $35. The lady lied to the other girl and said I didn't ask for what I did ask for. I was literally upset to tears at the mess they made of my nails. Trust me, don't go there. My mother went on yesterday, 12/15/2023 and her nails are terrible! I am highly disappointed at the effortless job they have done on her hands! The shapes are different, the french tips aren’t clean creases and the polish looks thick. Her birthday party is tonight and she is extremely upset! Please do better at your services.

This was the worst experience. My nail paint gel at that chipped in 2 days and when I call to see about a fix they hang up in my face 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

The gel color came off a two fingers hours later. She did not cure the gel long enough at all. Almost all of them feel sticky. Paid over 100 for what I got and the color is sticky. Not to mention it’s the only nail shop I’ve been to that did not have anyone wash their hands not even ONCE like most usually do half way through a full set. No one was told to wash their hands while I was there.

I got (almost) exactly what I wanted. My nail shape and length was perfect. I loved the color. I got gel on my acrylics but she did not let the gel polish cure long enough in between each coat. Two days later and almost all of my color has bubbled up and leaked out due to it not being cured properly.

I love going to Lovely Nails! They are always friendly and nice! They do excellent work on my nails every time I go I'm never disappointed at all!! I will continue to go there and get my nails done. The service is fast and price is reasonable!
