Recently had to buy a new car. My poor sweet other car met his demise with a horrible curb. Who knew curbs could rip the belly of car in two . I’m so sorry Winnie, I miss you!. ?
Anyway, I didn’t want a new car wasn’t prepared, was upset & stressed.
I wanted CT, but it was his late day. So Gary helped me.
Gary was super nice & made jokes along the way to make me smile when I was wanting to cry.
I told him what my price was & took me over to look at “Lucy.” I test drove her & liked her so Gary & I went in & got the process of making Lucy mine started.
The finance dept was great also. She was able to get me approved & finished in a timely manner.
I hope Lucy & I have many, many miles ahead of us & absolutely no curbs anywhere near us.

This is a review that could have been left five years ago, but still holds true . I first step foot in Larry Puckett in 2019 I bought a 21 Tahoe z71 right off the lot. A few months later bought a z71 black widow truck off the lot. All maintenance done with this dealership as well. After all these years the moment I come in, I’m promptly greeted, often by name. I’ve never dealt with any unprofessional attitudes or behavior. Everyone has always went out of their way to assist and take care of whatever I needed. Fast forward to a few months circumstances have changed and it was time to trade in my Tahoe for something else. CT Thorn drove me around in a golf cart, car after car, we couldn’t come to an agreement that would make me happy, by no fault of his own at all!!! I just was not happy with the choices I had. Then yesterday I found something I really liked, they called CT for me, and CT was on his way. Greeted me like family. We quickly did numbers and made me happy. You truly can not ask for a better dealership, or better than CT. He’s a joy and pleasure to speak to. As long as I’m in the area, no one will get my business but Larry Puckett. Thank y’all for taking care of me like I was your sister, aunt or best friend.

I went into the dealership yesterday to pickup some touch-up paint because I had planned on trading in my vehicle in the near future. Decided to get the oil changed and tires rotated. While waiting, I decided to walk around the lot. Ms. Debra came up and asked if she could help me look. I said no thanks. I liked the way she handled my decline. After finding three vehicles of interest, I went inside to her office to inquire. She handled all of my questions thoroughly; and there were many questions. Because of her knowledge, professionalism and demeanor, I decided to purchase a new truck. The gal in Finance made the process a breeze too!
Throughout the entire process, I felt at ease and like family. The deal made was extremely fair. I had purchased several vehicles from this dealership decades ago. For my last three new car purchases, I had gone to Georgia. I am so glad that this time I was able to keep in town! This was the kind of vehicle purchasing that I remembered from the good ole days. No pressure, sales person that went to bat for the customer, and thus giving that home town feel. I am so happy to be back with Larry Puckett Chevrolet! Great team!

I called and made an appointment. I told the lady that I spoke with that I had my a/c diagnosed by the Express Oil next to your building and they told me that I had a leak in the evaporator coil. I asked for a quote. She told me that she would call me back. She did and quoted me $1159.00. I asked her to schedule the appointment to have it fixed. She warned me that I really needed to have another diagnostic done to make sure that that was the problem. I told her that I was going to be upset if I pay $198.00 for another diagnostic service and told the same thing. She said that she would waive the fee if I allow you all to fix my car. I agreed based on the quote to fix it for $1159.00. You all did the new diagnostic and told me the exact same thing was wrong with it and then said the charge would be over $3100.00. I only agreed based on the $1159.00 price. So now I have paid for two diagnostic fees. What’s really upsetting is that the guy that checked me out said I should have known better than to pay for another diagnostic when I already had one. I informed him that I only agreed to it based on the quote of $1159.00 that was given to me. I told him that I will not be back and he said that was fine (which was rude). I was looking forward to maybe purchasing a car from the dealership soon but this has left a bad impression.

Every thing went well as expected except the lady at checkout was telling me and my husband that she didn't have me in the computer for anything. But Justin came on the floor and retifed her issues. Thanks Justin and Summer for a pleasant experience at Larry Puckett.
