Went to Larry Puckett to get a tire repair,the sign said closes at 6 pm, evidently that's incorrect,they decided to close at 5:45, and not help me,in my time of need. At one time I use to think highly of Larry Puckett services,new car oil changes,but not any more.they had the people,they advertise as closing at 6 all a lie, only thing they cared about is leaving,well Larry Puckett,I know this won't matter to you or your company,but I will not be back, I will encourage everyone to go anywhere but you

Justin, Summer and the rest of the Service Dept take great care of all their customers, but we really appreciate that they recognize our loyalty to their business. We've patronized LPC and its predecessor since moving to Prattville nearly 60 years ago. They have always dealt fairly with us and taken good care of our vehicles. Wouldn't buy a car anywhere else.

I woke up to oil in my driveway the dealership told me to bring my truck in and they put me in a rental for free. (I paid for a warranty but they told me I was still under bumper to bumper).The next day I was told my oil filter was loose & now I'm being charged for the rental, oil change & diagnostic fee. Keep in mind I only let the dealership touch my truck (I don't want to void my warranty any kind of way)I don't think I should've pay for anything but the oil change. Take your business else where.

Went today to purchase a truck. Money in hand. I requested that the salesman wear a mask because my father has stage 4 lung cancer and we don’t need him to get covid. Was told no that they were not obligated to wear a mask. I get it if you don’t like mask or you don’t want to wear a mask but have some respect for your customers! We have been in a pandemic for 2 years. A mask isn’t going to kill you but covid might kill my dad. The vaccine doesn’t prevent spread!

these people are crooks we took our truck there for a check engine light and the code reader reader said it was the transmission control module we were told that it was covered under power train warranty and then after they got it apart they wanted us to buy a whole transmission stating that we were 3000 miles past the warranty so now we asked them to just put it back together let us pay what we owed for labor and get our truck but they won't do that eitherService: Check engine light diagnostic
