Danielle in Prattville has done my taxes each year for the past 3 years and she's Absolutely Amazing!! I'm just Crazy about her being so personable, professional and most importantly, competent!The ONLY reason that I give 4 Stars instead of 5 is the exorbitant costs for having just regular uncomplicated taxes done at Jackson Hewitt. You have not even offered a Discount Period like you have in past years! You are TRULY pricing yourselves right out of business when you price compare with your competitors!I did go ahead and pay the high rate to have my taxes done this year but ONLY because of Danielle!! If I had not wanted her, in particular, to do my taxes I DEFINITELY would have taken my business somewhere else this year!!

Mandi Hall was a rockstar for me. I lost my husband in November and taxes was always his dept.
