Made reservations for check in at 11:00am. Got there and were told my room won’t be ready till 3:00pm. Went back at 3:00pm were giving A room which I stated I didn’t want A smoking room was giving one anyway. Tv was broke everything showed in blue. Wi-Fi were bad . I stayed in the room for no more than 20mins before I requested my refund but it got denied. Do not go to this location because it’s bad and room not clean.
Rooms: Bad smell like old cigarettes

This place has been amazing for my family. The manager LaConstance is wonderful and extremely helpful and caring. The way she has expressed kindness to my boys, alone is worth more to me than anything. The entire staff here is extremely helpful. There's a sense of pride and awareness for safety and cleanliness. They care about the upkeep of your room and the property. I highly recommend this place.

I had a great stay at intown suites...Moreover it is located in Prattville where everything you need is close by. Laconstance who is the Manager there is very kind and welcoming... She addressed every issue that I had.... She also makes sure the property is very clean and she takes pride in her work

We have been staying here for awhile now! We have had the best experience with LaConstance and her staff. Our room is spacious and affordable. The property is taken care of very well, as well as being in a quiet and safe area. We have thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Thank you so much for providing a great place for my family and I.

Horrible I take care of my aunt who has dementia and we were put out because LACONtince thinks because you have dirty clothes and two plates in a sink that it is unsanitary. We have no where to go and no where to stay because of her please for the life of me do not I REPEAT DO NOT STAY AT INTOWN SUITS IN PRATTVILLE ALABAMA UNTIL LAcontince Calhoun is gone

This location is great for anyone who enjoys the experience of being in jail. The sheets are like jail. The pillows are like jail. The customer service act like cops there is no respect… they treat you with complete distain. They don’t clean your room and apparently they think it’s OK to cancel a prepaid room mid week, of a paraplegic with no notice or reason and not allow him back into his room. No refunds or notice were given. Management is completely dangerous… they speak to you like you were a child and threaten an entire building with an extra $300 fee because no one would cop up to cigarette butts that were found on the premises. It’s more of a haunted house experience, especially since your view is of a back alley behind dumpsters. The day we moved in our kitchen was flooded by the next-door neighbors toilet… but they wouldn’t come fix it or mop it up because the maintenance man was at a football game that weekend… Also, we were given notices that if anybody on the property was seen tossing a cigarette, but they would be charged $50 per cigarette, butt, they were just constantly mean and mad at everyone for everything.
Rooms: Bring your own linens because the beds are like cardboard and the blanket like a stiff sheet.
Safety: There are at least 12 men hanging out in the parking lot every night. It is very unsafe and never quite.

I really enjoyed my stay the manager Ms. LaConstance is very nice and was very helpful nice housekeeping staff that's always checking to see if we needed anything I highly recommend this place if your looking for a nice clean and quite area to stay.

Everyone from Jennifer to Tina to the night manager who saved me several times as I couldn’t get in in time due to work to get my key, to Joey the day maintenance gentleman were all wonderful. I appreciated the kindness and willingness to go above and beyond that the entire team there shows.
