We have received nothing but excellent service from her and H & R Block She is available to answer any of my questions and I learned last night she is retiring Happy for her bur sure going to miss her.

i liked jinny kim. She was knowledgeable and friendly. The fee was a little too high, should give discounts to people who have been returning clients year after year. Loyal customer's should be shown a value.
