Twila immediately came over and started helping us with questions and information; I had a few inquiries about a particular model and she was extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish. It’s not often you see customer service at this level, she made shopping for a dishwasher a pleasant experience and I will happily continue to frequent this establishment because of employees like her. “Took my Bad Boy Mower to the prattville location for the first time to be serviced and really liked dealing with Tyler very nice young fella. Service was really good . I have had my mower for years and it's a great mower I would recommend these guys”
