I ordered online and chose to pick up using the curbside service. Amanda delivered my order in just a few moments and was very polite and positive. She even took the time to pick up a sign that had blown/fallen over in the parking lot. Unfortunately, it is rare to see someone take pride in their work and place of employment so I wanted to take a moment to recognize her. Thank you Amanda for the great service and keep doing what you're doing!

The only registers open today were self-checkout, which would have been okay if i didn’t have a bunch of extra large boxes and other big items. There was a line of people waiting and employees standing around talking to each other

Ordered a tension rod online for curbside delivery. At pickup was handed a regular pocket rod wrong length wrong color. Called inside, HD refused to come back outside and take it back. Made me come inside and stand at returns for over 30 minutes while they figured out their mistake. Finally refunded my money and said “sorry”. Worst customer service. They clearly do not offer curb side delivery. This was on a Tuesday afternoon with very few people shopping. Will never do curb side again. Buyer beware at this store

This is by far the worst Home Depot I've ever been to. It literally takes 45 minutes to get help with anything you have to order or have them bring out from the back. I waited 20 minutes for a piece of paper to be walked down to my register because the associate helping me would rather text on her phone than walk down to retrieve the document herself. Before moving to Prattville I have always enjoyed Home Depot. As of today, I will be shopping across the street at Lowe's.

Went there to purchase tile to redo my bathroom with. Found a really nice pIece that I really wanted but could not get anyone to wait on me. The purchase was gonna be at least around $1800. Could not believe that they had no interest in me as a customer. Went to Lowe's and was waited on the best employee that took so much time with me and making suggestions. So, Home Depot will never see me again.

Angie in the paint department was wonderful, but I did not appreciate having to check myself out at the register. There were a few “cashiers†standing around to “assist if needed†—what?!? I had 6 enormous bags of fertilizer & potting soil as well as a 5 gallon bucket of $175 deck paint! Really? What happened to serving your customers? Very disappointing experience.

I would like to give a loud and proud shout out to the cashier who was unlucky enough to get my husband at her returns register and the manager of The Home Depot in Prattville. They both went far above the call of duty to help my husband this evening. I had a defective light fixture from an online order I placed recently which I intended to return. Hubby thought he'd help and return it for me, but neglected to tell me and didn't have a copy of the receipt. Bless these two ladies for going out of their way to take care of him, contact corporate and make the refund happen. These ladies are why we are loyal Home Depot customers. Thank you from a very grateful wife.

I went & got a gallon of paint. I've never had a issue before. Painted one wall & it was the wrong color. The guy that mixed it logged it in as color match. Then went back the next day to get a sample of 2 colors. My husband was told couldn't mix it as a sample. I've had many colors mixed as a sample from the Pace FL store. Guess I'll have to go there for my samples. No thanks for your help Prattville I'll use Lowe's next time

Has any veteran been giving the runaround trying to get the military discount here in Prattville at the Home Depot like me First I was told I couldn't get it without an ID card which only active and retired have and then after not being able to talk to the supervisior because he was "busy" a nicer lady told me to show my discharge papers every time I check out Lowes has a program where you sign up one time and give your phone # at checkout That beats having to have your discharge papers on you at all times. It's easy to find things in this store compared to Lowe's. From the time you walk in the door people are waiting to ask if you need help with anything. I really appreciate this as I am no expert when it comes to home improvement. The overall environment is nice. They have a good selection. No complaints here.
