No problem with the bank. Even opened it back up to take my deposit one Friday. Never a line and they know me by name.

If you choose to bank here, please have some backup funds available, either cash or access to funds from another bank. It's Sunday 6/11/2023, and my account was locked for what reason, i don't even know. All it's telling me is that I should call the 1-800# but they're closed. I'm currently out of town and can't access my funds until in the morning, in which I will be removing ALL funds and closing account. Other banks do this as well, but at least they have a call center open to where you can verify and have access to funds.

I love going into the Prattville, AL Handcock Whitney Bank! The ladies (and the man) are ALWAYS so nice, personable, eager to help and just all around great personalities. Our Company ALLGAS Inc. of Montgomery are very fortunate to have them as our hometown bank! Bambi I.

I agree with the other person about the phone etiquette. Whoever answers the phone up there sounds like a tortured soul and should probably start looking for employment elsewhere.
