“Pros: 1. Check-in process was easy2. Staff is courteous and professional3. Actual time with the doctor was unhurried, my nurse practictioner was thorough and listened to my concerns4. They were quick to have all meds sent out right away, and were quick to respond back to my pharmacy when an issue came up.5. Nurse Practitioner Amanda was thorough when explaining my treatment plan.6. The patient rooms were clean and well lit. No odors, etc.7. The waiting area was clean and well lit.Recommendations to patients: The waiting ares has a library vibe to it. Bring a book or a magazine. Pick up a drink. Use the wait time to rest, not doom scroll. Your body is already unwell, no need to send your mind into a panic too.Cons: 1. Wait was quite long, however the save your spot option at least gives you a place in line. My entire visit from appointment time on was 3 hours.Yes, I recommend this urgent care facility.”

“My husband and I have used Dr. Hepperle and Zack for going on 20+ years. We have seen office staff come and go (some thankfully, I admit), but when Doc was told or Zack was told of any rude or neglectful behavior, it was addressed. If we had one criticism it would be the unanswered phones during the day. The office does have an extremely high patient load and each practitioner (4 of them) can be seeing up to 30+ patients per day so the staff is hopping. They could use a designated phone person or persons that does nothing but answer the phones and routes calls. To make life easier they will do telehealth appointments for established patients (only), this could be to ease foot traffic in the office or because the patient has requested a telehealth for their convenience.”
