0/10. Very upset with the haircut my husband received today. He had long/thick hair and the girl he saw basically buzzed it but left it so uneven! There’s no way anyone thought him walking out like this was okay.

Haircut looked good in front but when I got home and looked at the back, I saw she blocked and shaved the back over an inch above the hairline and shaved the hair to the ears in the back to the block well above the hairline. Recommend you check the back cut to ensure it is correct. She did not give me a mirror to check and suspect she knew of the problem.

If I could give a negative star review I would. Don't waste your time or money here.
I went to this location on Saturday morning to get my daughter and my hair even due to damage our hair received from a house fire. We had two different stylists and both trimmed our hair but did not get it even. My hair has chucks on the bottom and some pieces that were not trimmed at all.

I drive from pike road al, to prattville just to get my haircut here from Suzanne. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in this area.

My haircut looked good in the store, but when I later looked in a mirror at home, I noticed an uneven fade, blatant partially cut strands, and a complete disregard of my part line. Had to do several touch-ups on my own. In hindsight, they were more concerned with throughput and not the quality of the cut.

I took my 16 year old brother and 2 year old son in to get their hair cut, this was my sons first hair cut ever in a salon. I am beyond impressed. The salon smelled amazing and was so clean. The staff was so friendly and kind. We were in and out in 30 minutes for two cuts. They were so patient with my son and even sang with him to help me keep him distracted to sit still. I can’t recommend this place enough and especially the stylist we had she did a great job her name was Penny.
