I have been here several times now. There are 2 females that work there every time I have been in and they are always in the little back room and you either have to wait or try to do self checkout If it is working correctly. Today I had to be carded and the self Checkout was not working correctly. I hit the help assist button, It talks and is right by the little room So I know they heard it and one of them walked right by me with the light flashing after I hit the button. So I went right outside the little room and I asked. Can someone help me please? She acted like she got an attitude because I wanted my stuff checked out so I could leave. It wasted a good 7 minutes of my time waiting. I am not a customer who complains, but when you go in a place several times and the customer service is the same. I am not very happy.

I rarely go to this location because of customer service or lack of I should say. Tonight I was rushing home and needed to stop at the DG for a few items. It was 8:34pm and the door sign said they close at 9pm. I'm thinking "ok great I'm just in time I can run in and get a few things and get to the house" Unfortunately though, as soon as I walk in the door I wasn't greeted with a "welcome to Dollar General" or anything at least remotely positive. I was instead greeted with " were closing the door in 2 minutes" I then said "I just need to get a few things, I'll only be a minute" after I said this, a male employee (I didn't get his name) left it be but only because another employee (woman with a lisp) piped up not 30 seconds later and rudely tells me the exact same thing her co-worker who was standing next to her just told me. I felt uncomfortable and left. This is not the 1st but the 2nd time in 4 months that an incident like this has occured and it's the exact reason I do not go there often. People shouldn't be made to feel rushed while shopping especially when the doors aren't supposed to lock for another 30 minutes. It's unprofessional.

Found most items I wanted. The woman who was working there was very helpful and polite. The store itself was messy, probably due to switching holiday items. Aisles were somewhat blocked.

Went into this store today. I noticed how filthy the exterior was and went in reluctantly. Upon entering the store I almost gagged from the smell. The entire store smelled like vomit. I could hardly breath. I left quite abruptly. The health department should close this store.

I purchased a item after it has been scan I thought it was a cheaper price . I asked the cashier can he delete off because of the price.. so he can put it back in stock he said no he can’t do it , so he left it on my receipt as I purchased. I wasn’t so pleased. So next time I ask the cashier to delete out . I don’t expect to pay for it if I don’t want it. I know things be a little bit pricey due to this economy/ pandemic. So please be respectful/ mindful. I won’t be back for awhile.

I'm going to be 100% honest in this review let me first begin by saying the employees are absolutely astonishing they know me and my wife by name me and my wife don't own a car so most of the time we're walking the employees here goes so far to double and sometimes even triple bag things like milk or 2 l they always have amazing conversation they're always asking how we're doing they always have a smile on their face JoJo is so sweet Sean is an amazing guy just I have to be honest to everybody here is astonishing at one point I was having a conversation with the one of the employees and I mentioned that without my EBT card I would be in a lot of trouble I told her that there was a time in my life that I was actually so broke I was having trouble eating and this is true and she looked at me straight in the face and said then why didn't you ask me for help these people are true good people you need to shop here and I always come here over Walmart

I love this store! The employees are friendly and helpful and they work super hard to keep the store stocked. If you shop here be nice. I don't want your poor attitude to cause us all to lose the few helpful employees left in PrattVegas.
