Went in for tires,had appointment at 11:30am,when I arrived they weren’t busy at all.I checked in and sat until 12:20 pm and noticed my car hadn’t been moved from the parking lot.I asked how much longer it would take and I was told that they were busy and it may be another hour.Thats when I ask for my keys and left…won’t be back

I have been patronizing this location since it opened and have always been very happy with the service. On my last visit, I needed a tire replaced - when the work was done, I was advised that one of my tire pressure sensors was out, which I was aware of. I was quoted a price to replace all four, which I declined to do at that time. The next day I went to check the tire pressure with the three sensors that were still working, only to find that those were now not working. I'm not at all knowledgeable about cars and how things work, but I have to say my trust in this business went from 100% to 0%. I feel like the quote I received for four sensors would have resulted in me getting one new sensor and the three that were still working. I'm an old single lady and have been in similar situations so many times - it's disgusting. Extremely disappointed.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Only reason for four stars is because they forgot to reprogram the TPMS after putting on the new tires. Had to go back to get that corrected. They had it fixed in about ten minutes

Needed 4 tired replaced on my wifes vehicle - excellent service. Tires were installed properly and correctly, no balance issues. I had a spare on due to a flat and they reinstalled the spare underneath the vehicle at no charge. Will be going back to have my truck serviced next.

Jaden and Matthew at Discount Tire in Prattville were amazing. Their customer service was top-notch! After visiting four other tire shops and calling Costco, I found the best price here and was in and out in just 20 minutes. Although I wasn't thrilled about needing new tires, I left feeling satisfied with my purchase.

My tires came in days early, and they called me to let me know I could come early. Then when I arrived, they took me right in. The building is set up so you can easily watch the work on your vehicle. I sat at the viewing bar, and by the time I settled in they had two tires off. The passenger side tire changers station was in clear view. The tech worked efficiently and carefully, this was some of the most professional tire changing I have ever had. The tools were all in good shape and he knew what he was doing. I spent a total of 15 to 20 minutes watching them change my tires. They even properly hand torqued the wheels. The managers were just as efficent and dilligent. I would highly recomnend this store, and I will have a hard time to consider anyone else after this experience.

Whoever runs this discount tire store deserves a raise. I have never experienced better customer service in any auto shop. I got a screw in my tire on my long drive to Florida with my children in tow and had to pull over to urgently find a fix. The first two stores I went to were rude and had 3 hour waits. I luckily landed at Discount Tires and Jarret came out of the store as soon as we pulled into the lot to greet us with a smile and asked how to help. They had my vehicle in a bag and the tire fixed within 30 min. Everyone there was friendly and you can tell they have a culture of customer service. If I lived in the area I would not go anywhere else.
