Never ever get your hair done by a lady named kate that works there. She messed my hair up bad. Ill never go there again. Cheap prices but not a good experience. I'll continue to use my old hair stylist.

Beyond satisfied!! Just wish I had remembered to get her name. My 14 year old son went in wanting a big change from long to short, and she did amazing!! He couldn't stop smiling. Cut was only $17

The lady pushed my family to side for one lady to do. Because her family showed up from out town. So even thou we were there first and checked in she made us wait why she cut the hair of her family members. I feel so disrespected by her..

Went in and asked for a haircut that is different than what they usually deal with and was taken care of nicely. The haircut is known to be difficult and is easily messed up, but I was given a very satisfactory result even it wasn't exactly what I wanted.
The stylist that took care of me was very patient, understanding, and inquisitive. Regrettably, I forgot to ask of her name since I was too tired at the time to think about it. What I remember of her appearance is that she had tattoos on her arm. I'm not sure but I'm guessing that, based off of the stylist list online, that her name is Jennifer C.
Nonetheless, thank you for taking the time to cut my hair and caring enough to ask questions and making even the small changes to fulfill my bizarre request.
Requested style: Two-block haircut; a Korean hairstyle known to be a variant of the common undercut where it features short and thin or even shaved sides with a long and textured top. It is comparable to the appearance of a mushroom cap.

Oh I wish I had asked the name of the lady that cut my hair. I'm an out of towner and just happened to see the shop as I was leaving Walmart. Went in and waited my turn and with very little instructions, this lady gave me the best haircut I've had in 72 years. Thank you thank you thank you.

I usually get my hair cut here every two weeks because me in the service usually very clean and neat medium fade. Tonight I got my hair cut and asked for my usual i don’t know what the hell is on my head I had to go home and shave my head after that I will not be returning.

They do ok with hair but regretfully their customer service has drastically gone down hill recently. They don't honor the online check in process and even argue about it openly in front of customers. To bad too because they use to be a lot friendlier and had better service.
