Picked up my drop off cleaning items today and when I got home I was missing a item, so I thought. I call and spoke to the lady that served me at the drive through and she told me she gave me both items, but
I insisted that I only got one and I needed the shirt for the next day. Well she was patient with me and even though she knew she had given me both items she still went to look for it when I asked her to. While on the phone with her I went back a second time to ✔️ the car and there on the passenger side floor was the shirt. When she came back to the phone after looking for a shirt she knew was already given to me she was still trying to figure out a way to get me the shirt. I told her I found the shirt and she had given it to me like she said. I truly thank her for her patience and willingness to try and satisfy a customer. I apologize for the inconvenience I caused her and she was right. I was wrong. I am always satisfied with the service they provide. I gave 5 ? because that's the kind of service I've always gotten and received today.

John, who owns it, is always MOST helpful. Does everything possible to insure you are happy. Have always had extremely pleasant, quick service. Excellent turn around time. I like that the clothes are not sent to some other place to be cleaned & are actually cleaned on site. Therefore I have NEVER had anything lost or stolen.

When you call the business ten minutes after they close hoping someone would still be there because your flight leaves at 6:00 the next morning and the owner says, "No problem come on by, I'll wait for you".... yeah, I'm a customer for life. I might just start hanging out there. Thanks!!!

Simply amazing. FAST SERICES! phone call at 10a, bride maids gown drop off at 11a for dry clean, pick up at 4p....the fastest I've experienced yet! John and his crew are simply amazing. Thank you for your smile and prompt service.

I've been bringing my clothes (and all of my close friends & family) to Courtesy Cleaners in downtown Prattville for many years and I can't be more proud of this Prattville family business. They are so welcoming and friendly when you come in. They each know every customer and pick up the conversation right where you left off from your last visit. I was so pleased this morning that I decided to write a review after I came and dropped off my clothes! I recommend them to everyone I know!
