Very unprofessional, I was there on time, after a reservation I made a week ahead. I was promptly asked why was I there? We have no cars! I told them I would have a seat and wait, and they said none were expected back! I then went to MGM airport and got one from HERTZ, they beat the price, and were very nice. AVIS doesn't understand the meaning of RESERVATION!! It holds the car for you! They gave mine out! I will never use AVIS again under any circumstances.

Rented a vehicle off Hopper, through Avis. Purchased the insurance on Hopper. They say we were to leave for our trip, my husband went in to pick the vehicle up. The lady was rude and nasty from the minute my husband said hello. She told him that he wasn’t allowed to drive it off the lot without purchasing their insurance. She wouldn’t give us our rental vehicle. Not only that but we rented a 8 passenger vehicle and the one she was saying she had wasn’t an 8 seater. Needless to say my husband left. He called corporate and they said that it is not mandatory to buy their insurance. ?You need to evaluate your employees and train them in customer service etiquette. She was nasty, rude, and had an attitude for no reason. Very disappointed in this place.

I was very unhappy with not only was my reservation canceled without me knowing but when I showed up the person there was very unprofessional. She was on her phone when we came in and then automatically assumed we were about to cause a problem. She got on the phone with the person who worked the previous day to prove to me that I didn't call. I had called the day before with a van on reserve and told them that if at all possible could I get something smaller. They said if we have it then yes. Only to show up with no rental and someone who wanted to prove me wrong no matter what I said. To say that I was upset when I left is an understatement. I was left with no way to do what I needed and told you're wrong there is no reservation when I have proof to show otherwise. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was told that my car insurance didn't cover the rental for which I had full coverage, therefore I called my insurance carrier and I was told that my insurance did transfer over and that they just wanted me to get their Insurance instead..

Crystal decided to call me 3 hours before pick up, and tell me not only is she canceling my reservation but she has NO vehicles for me to rent ? if that wasn’t enough she hung up in my face ?? and refusing to answer the phone!! UNPROFESSIONAL is an understatement.

It did not start off well. I received a phone call the day before I was to get my vehicle and I was informed that they did not have my vehicle ready and it would not be ready. The only vehicle they had on property was a full size up from what I made a reservation for. Meaning the price was going up. I told the manager that I pretty much had no choice but to go with the vehicle that they had when I walked in to my surprise the vehicle that I originally reserved was there waiting for me. Great job mrs. Cain, you came through.

Avis confirmed a rental yet the facility has none. What a total failure! Wasted time n money. How about honest & accurate system for the consumers?
