“This shop was incredibly easy to work with! I recently damaged the front bumper on my new 2026 truck and called for an estimate. They gave me a fair price right away, and when I mentioned I preferred to pay cash instead of going through insurance, they were completely understanding.
They sent me the quote the same day, and once I approved it, the parts were ordered and delivered within just a day. Kyle took the time to explain everything clearly and set honest expectations. The final result looked brand new again!

“I noticed problems with my truck ('95 F150) and just happened to pull over on the road that led to Tex and his shop. I saw their shop on the map, so I drove a half mile and pulled into their drive. They immediately looked at my truck and diagnosed the problem. They drove me to a hotel in town while they waited to get the parts when the store opened the next day. The next day they picked me up from town and had everything ready to go. They found additional problems and had them fixed.
Tex properly diagnosed a problem created by the previous mechanic simply by listening to what I told him about the problem and what the previous mechanic had done. Out of curiosity, I got the opinion of an urban shop (they actually inspected the truck) and they wanted $3,500 to replace the fuel injectors, which were absolutely not the problem. Thanks to Tex, I was able to fix the additional problem myself in 20 minutes after ordering the $70 part.
This backyard shop is probably the best shop you can find, if you can find it. As a traveling horseman that has seen a lifetime's worth of vehicle troubles, I stand by Tex and his shop.”

“We had an opportunity to use this shop for our estimate for repair work on our 2003 Jayco greyhawk when someone came across the center line into our lane and took out the entire driver side of the house part.
These guys where very easy to work with and much more thorough than the initial estimate we got from Hartford based on the pictures I had taken.
The unit ended up being totaled but the app was a great one to work with, even going so far as to return calls to me after hours. I will not hesitate to use them for any kind of RV work I have need for in the future. Thank you Sherry and all the staff at Prattville Auto and RV repair.”

I wanted CT, but it was his late day. So Gary helped me.
Gary was super nice & made jokes along the way to make me smile when I was wanting to cry.
I told him what my price was & took me over to look at “Lucy.” I test drove her & liked her so Gary & I went in & got the process of making Lucy mine started.
The finance dept was great also. She was able to get me approved & finished in a timely manner.
I hope Lucy & I have many, many miles ahead of us & absolutely no curbs anywhere near us.”
“McNeal and Son did great work on my truck and was affordable. And on top of that, they didn't try to upsale me on anything. I took my 13 F150 for a leak ring and pinion seal on my rear differential. Heath knew exactly what seal i was asking about, while another local shop told me that my truck didnt have a seal in it ??♂️. They have earned my future business and I will definitely recommend them to others. As someone who does most of own work its good to know that there is someone I can rely on when the job is too big for a diy guy like myself.”

“We have used Gray's Wetumpka and Prattville stores over the years for a variety of vehicles and services. Most recently, we brought in our new-to-us 2018 Ram truck to the Prattville location for an alignment, and worked with a gentleman at the service desk (unfortunately can't remember his name but he had a tattoo under his left eye). The truck was pulling to the left pretty hard and we just got it, so we wanted them to double check everything. He put it up on the rack and the alignment was dead-on, so he took it on a test drive. He determined it was likely due to the tires. He printed off the alignment machine result and built us some quotes on a few different brands of tires and when we picked up the truck he went over them with us. Didn't charge us for the alignment since the truck didn't need it. The front desk staff is always super friendly and helpful. If you need an alignment on your car or truck, Gray's will treat you right!”
