I am so upset that I was not able to go into the room with my 2 lb 9 week puppy. He had 5 vaccines at once without my consent.. I didn’t even want bordetella for him.

Dr. Allison Trotter is a wonderful Vet! Dr. Trotter and the staff are always so welcoming and easy to talk to. They are all easy to talk to and, I have the utmost confidence in the care the give Pete!

Dr. Jones is so friendly and informative. He explained everything he was doing and also allowed me to listen to my rat babies heart beats, plus any wheezing they were having. The staff up front are so welcoming as well.. All those ladies are a hoot to talk to! Thank you to everyone who helped Possum and Skunk yesterday- hopefully they should be all better soon!

New to the area, I've used this vet twice. Very friendly staff took great care of my dog. Easily accessible to traffic, ample parking. Not the most original name but what the heck, right? Facility is a bit run down but it's about the label of care provided. Dr Whatley was great and I would highly recommend her to care for your pet.

Make sure you call for an appointment, walk in are not welcome. Made the mistake of seeing another review and driving 10 miles only to be turned away to come back tomorrow. That's why I am posting this so others don't make the same mistake.

This is the most amazing vet clinic I have ever taken my pets to. We are in the military and move around and let me tell you there are a lot of poorly run clinics with unfriendly or patronizing staff. This is not one of those kinds of clinics! Our vet was knowledgeable, thorough, and she spent quality time with us educating us and talking over treatment options for our cat. A lot of vets know far more about dogs than cats. I felt she knew cats very well and really cared about Mabel. I can’t recommend this vet enough. Everything was exactly perfect, from the initial making of the appointment all the way through checkout.

Animal Medical Clinic of Prattville in my humble opinion is head and shoulders above other offices. They really do care about the well being of your babies, Dr. Allison Trotter has looked after my two ferrets, Ferrah and Bella also our orphaned ring neck dove Spring and she and her staff genuinely care about them.
