I cannot recommend this store enough! Spent the day furniture shopping with my 90-year-old mother. She wasn't looking for the most expensive but can be pretty picky when choosing furniture. We went to four different stores before we found this store, and I am so glad we stopped! She found the bedroom furniture she was looking for and at a good price BUT, that was only the beginning. The people working there were so kind and helpful!They went out of their way to help Mom find what she wanted. They never lost their patience with her and took the time to answer every question she asked. There is a huge difference between salespeople being "nice" just to make a sale and the compassion and thoughtfulness of the salespeople at this store. The next time either of us needs furniture, this will be where we go.

Today I came into American Freight in Prattville and I had an amazing experience. Andrew and Jonathan greeted us as soon as we walked it I felt very welcomed. I also appreciate that they did not make us feel smothered or rushed in our decision making. They checked on us periodically and made very helpful suggestions and gave us insight and detail on several items. They also talked to us about store discounts and payment options which played a big part in us being able to walk out the store today with a 5pc bedroom set today. Thank you so much Andrew and Jonathan for all your help! I would recommend no one other than these two for help and thanks again American Freight your awesome!

Andrew and Johnathan were very helpful. Andrew attending to every one of our needs and answered every one of our questions. He is very knowledgeable about his craft. Johnathan walked by ever so often to make sure we were comfortable and okay. They both were professional and us walking in was a godsend because they helped us come to a great decision on what we wanted.
