Potential for great alternative to shopping at Walmart, but yesterday as I was shopping, not a good experience. The manager proceeded to walk around the store on her cell, mind you, speaker phone. She continued to laugh, joke, and gossip about someone while continuing to stand in shopper’s way to get to products. The only cashier open he was frantically checking people out, with no help, and the line was wrapped around the aisle. Picture included, there were another 7-10 people behind me. Let's take the initiative to either hire more cashiers or tell the manager to step up and help when needed.

We've been to several different Aldi & the one in Prattville is my top choice, but I do wish they'd add self checkout options like other locations have. Other than that, it's the main place we get our food. Highly recommend for the prices, the organic food selection and the finds.

Went to Aldi in Prattville over the weekend for a few items and it was a good visit. The store isn’t that big, which is a plus. Found a lot of items that are somewhat cheaper than my regular grocery store. Spacious parking, nice cashier, clean store as well. Probably would be visiting again in the near future for sure. Oh and it’s .25 cent to use the buggy but you get it back when you put it back , if you don’t use a buggy you can always bring your own bag for your groceries

We did a pick up through the Aldi app for the first time. Our order was not ready at the right time. My husband went to the store to find out the issue and was told they were having IT problems and it wasn’t showing up, but to come back next day and the system should have it. We then received an email at 6:00 a.m. next day that our order was complete, but the store was closed at that time. We make a trip up there again to try to collect our groceries and they again say it is not in their system. No apology, no worker even attempting to try to hear the whole story, rude employees who seemed bothered by being asked to do their job. Was advised just to call customer service. Thankfully customer service was much more helpful.

This would be the best store around. But the neglect of fruit and vegetables department leave much to be desired. Fruit flies everywhere, some have come home with Me, very difficult to get rid of. Tomatoes rot or mold within days of un use. Please for your costumers, fix this. Ty

The absolute rudest employees I have ever encountered within 1 business. And that is saying alot when considering many of the fast food locations in Prattville. No appreciation or respect for customers whatsoever!!

Pretty good store. Very clean and organized. We didn't have issues finding anything we were looking for and we're in and out pretty quickly.
