This is the best storage unit place that has ever existed! Amazing! I had recently bought a storage unit for my pickle collection and thought this place was the perfect place to store them, and i was right! 5 stars!!

A plus is a very good storage unit and Melisla is a very nice place. I wish they had a way to keep the lights on when people are going though their thing, but other than that I extremely satisfed !!

This place is the absolute worst. I booked online, packed up the U-Haul and moved everything to Prattville On a Friday. Booking process was simple and easy (go figure). Upon arrival, The place was completely closed down. Not 24/7 as advertised. I called the phone number and no one answered. I tried texting the number and included pictures of my reservation. The person on the other end texted back and informed me no one would be there until Monday at 9am. I was literally sitting at the gate with the U-Haul full of everything I owned. They then informed me that the storage unit I rented wasn’t even located at that site and was somewhere else in town. It won’t be long before this places closes down. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

This is not a 24/7 storage place and the outside units are not locked inside a security gate . The outside units are in another part of town with zero security. They ripped me off claimed to refund my money but did not. Pics are not of the storage units this is theft by deception. I would have given zero stars if possible

Hours of Operation:
Mon: 9 am - 5 pm
Tue: Closed
Wed: 9 am - 5 pm
Thur: Closed
Fri: 9 am - 5 pm
Sat: 9 am - 3 pm
Sun: Closed
This means.. you have very limited access to your inside storage items! Also.. they do not pro-rate to a daily rate if you leave mid-month. If you move out on the 1st of the month, then you pay for the whole month.
