“I had a bad experience at the AutoZone in Forestdale and decided to try O'Reilly, which is located across the highway. I walked into O'Reilly Auto Parts in Forestdale and was greeted with a smile and "How may I help you?" The entire team of professional auto parts specialists...Mack, Joe, Keith, Shenequa, the tall gray-haired White gentleman, and the 20-something year-old Black, young lady who wears the eye glasses are always on top of their game. I have been to this location a few times within the last year, helping my youngest son get somethings for his car and I am always pleased with their customer service. The team of professionals at the Forestdale location really works hard to welcome and meet the auto part needs of their customers.”

When I said something to the salesman as we were leaving, he seemed to not know anything about it. ??♂️”
“Recently, had someone hit my parked car that left a medium size dent on the passenger side body area and a few scratches on the bumper of my 2014 Honda Accord.
