“I appreciate this Dollar General. It’s on the eastbound side of the road and makes stopping easy after a long day at work. It’s small and convenient. It is mostly well stocked. The store is actually fairly navigable, which is almost not the case for other Dollar Generals. I can find what I need, get in, and get out. I would appreciate it if you opened the self-checkout. What’s the point of installing it if you never have it open? I stop here after work and don’t want to interact with people. I’m peopled out, so talking to the cashier is the last thing I want to do. I’m grumpy; it’s nothing to do with the employees. The parking lot is well maintained as well.”
“Everything in North Alabama around Jackson county is better like restraints & shopping they all seem to treat customers like they should be treated unlike here in Talladega where restraints & shopping sucks because everyone being racist.”
“Dollar General in Sylvania is always great. Very friendly people always willing to help. Store is clean with nothing blocking the aisles. Some issues with out of stock items but it's the same as every where else currently.”
“Everybody at the Family Dollar is nice, considerate and extremely helpfull and are always pleasant every time I stop in. What I don't understand is why that gentleman posted pictures of the Mexican restaurant for Family Dollar. He must have been at the bar and had a few too many and didn't know where he was.”
“Easy to get in & out of. Checkout mices quickly most of the time. Items sometimes are limited and out of stock items rhat are not considered essentials.Prices are reasonable.”
“Love this store!! The manager is the absolute best. She's ALWAYS so eager to help a customer out. The store is one of the best stocked and the cleanest one I've been to. The staff is always stocking and restocking the shelves whenever I'm in there. I would recommend this Dollar General out of all others in the surrounding Henagar area!!”

“I visit this store a few times a week and the staff is always so friendly. My only complaint is not being able to use the internet inside it makes it hard to use the app to look over your coupons & to scan when they have their sales. The other DG's I don't have a problem with this. But other than that it's my favorite store.”
