Had a package go to a post office in Montana, was told there was nothing they could do for me. They couldn’t do a redelivery or anything. Said it was pretty much on me to contact the seller.

Carrier left my package on top of my mailbox (which isn't flat) and it ended up in the roadway! LAZINESS at the carrier level all the way to the local postmaster who won't return a call when requested. Just bring the package to the front porch....let this happen again!
