Carrier left my package on top of my mailbox (which isn't flat) and it ended up in the roadway! LAZINESS at the carrier level all the way to the local postmaster who won't return a call when requested. Just bring the package to the front porch....let this happen again!

Extremely disassociated with their customers and not even remotely neighborly. I'd rather get my mail from a brick wall.
