I will always remember the amazing pharmacist who helped me. Being on the medication I am on is not easy. I have been so for 10 + years and it is a schedule 2 or 3 I believe so if I realized or thought some were missing it would be hard to get fixed with most places. This woman literally as soon as I called counter her meds and did inventory and had the remainder of my meds filled and ready the second I got up there which was a week past when I filled it. I commend her for her amazing work and being an amazing, hardworking, honest, and caring person. Didn’t get your name but Publix should recognize you for you being one of the best all around pharmacists in this state. You never once judged me due to the stigma attached to this medication. You just did your job and treated me with respect. I can’t thank you enough for that!!!!!

Shopping here is ok, but as far as the deli and bakery go I'd chose another location. Both departments are always out of items especially the fried chicken in the deli. The customer service could use some fine tuning. I feel like this is the only Publix location that isn't all that great.

oh no! My brother averages $800-900/month at the Clay store. It's over! 3 different rude employees were not interested in helping him. He went to a competitor to do his shopping.

Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars.

Publix nooooo. my husband made an order at the deli. his pick up time was 5:10 we got there a lil after. After being assisted we were told the order wasn't ready. Right after that we hear one of your employee said "hey yall I'm about to get off and I'm going to need some of that chicken for her kids". where is the old delightful customer service

Clay Publix has the friendliest staff of any store I've ever been in. Super helpful and go out of their way to help find items you want. This is my number one, go-to Publix!

I like most things about this Publix, but there is one big problem. PLEASE teach your baggers and cashiers how to properly bag groceries!!! Examples: 1. Putting 7 lbs. of canned goods in one bag is bad enough, then not double bagging makes it worse. That happened to me today. 2. Putting 8 lbs. (a gal.) of ice cream in one bag is not smart, either, and again, it wasn't double bagged (and the cashier tried to put yet another half gal. of ice cream into the same bag.) That also

Friendly, courteous staff. If you ask where to locate an item, they usually don't just tell you where it's located, the majority of the time they will walk with yo to that item. We love their bagging and carry out employees too.
