I went in and ANN serviced me. I asked for French tip with a little pink and she did a fabulous job. She also offered me something to drink while i waited.10/10 will come again! ❤️

Today I was charged $10 to remove gel polish off of my nails because I had them done here. I have been here once before to remove gel from my nails and was never charged anything for removal! And If I would have known I would have never continuined to get gel and stuck with my regular polish for easy removal. I do not like how I tried to explain to one of the ladies that before they never charged me $10 from the first time and she did not saying anything. She only looked at me and yelled "$10" at me. I will not be returning here ever.

I went to PK one week ago today to get my nails done for my birthday. Lynn is the person who helped me and she has a very sweet personality however her work was horrible. I received a manicure and a pedicure. Pedicure turned out okay. The manicure was horrific from the beginning. There was polish all over my hands and cuticles. She tried to clean them up a bit but they still looked like something I could have done myself at home. I’m not one to make a fuss so I just dealt with it and decided to never go back. I’ve been going there for years but there has definitely been a decline in service. Today the gel polish on my hands (that I paid extra for) began peeling off my nails. Anyone who’s had gel nails done properly knows how much a pain it can be to get off so the fact that these were just coming off like stickers was crazy to me. Save your money.

Brought my daughter to get her nails done, worst service. The lady doing them kept getting up and down during her time. It was like squirrel and went and did something else. The whole time she was working on my daughters nails she was on her phone. If you got a whole day then this is the place for you.

Very rude and terrible customer service! I went to get my eyebrows done and the lady who did them was very rude, unprofessional, and had a nasty attitude. I had to stop and ask her if she had a problem, that’s when she decided to be nice. This is not how you treat a paying customer. I would not recommend this place nor will I be returning for any of their services.

I went here today for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. My experience with my pedicure was good. Now my eyebrow wax on the other hand was horrible. I asked her to shape my eyebrows. Instead, she nearly waxed them all off. My brows are now pencil line thin and it’s nothing she could do to fix it. I still payed her but I will never let Karen anywhere near my brows. I’ve been to this shop several times and it continues to get worse! My past two experiences are enough to be done with this nail shop! At my last visit I was immediately put in a chair. They started my nails and then just left me sitting for 1.5 hours before coming back to finish me. During this time several other people were complaining that their color was not what they asked for.I understand some times are busier than others and decided I’d give them another chance. Today I was put with a guy I’d never seen before and my nails turned out awful!!! The shape is uneven and the color is patchy. I pointed it out and another tech tried to help get them shaped but did not correct the color. My nails looked worse after getting them done than before! I definitely will not return!!!!

The customer experience is lacking greatly. The owners are the primary issue. The failure to communicate professionally is overwhelming!! It's not because of the language difference either. Karen is very rude!! She wants to argue with the customer instead of resolving the problem. Frequent staff changes and I can see why. The salon could stand a thorough cleaning also. I will not be patronizing this business anymore.

I only come here because I live close. Karen is nice but just rough. Paul is rough as well. I like the way they do toes & it usually lasts a long time. It’s just an ok nail shop honestly. They don’t really go the extra mile. You have to ask for cuticle oil. I got an toe nail polish & my toes were left with powder & stuff all over.

Every time I go they try to put me with this new guy and he is horrible. I decided to give him a try because they kept putting him with me and I thought maybe he has gotten better. He has but not enough so do a full nail job. My nails are chipping away in less than 3 hrs. I have gel and they are super thin. My nails are bending like crazy. I couldn't do anything crazy or they will all break off. This is crazy and they should train betterServices: Pedicure
