Unfortunately, there is such a huge difference between this location and just a little ways down the road, the location in the Pinson shopping center, that I am ready to give up on Windy Way. It has been great as far as convenience but when they're out of half the things you need what's the point.

This store has struggled to keep employees and they often are out of basic products. They even close early without warning due to staffing shortages. Many times shelves are bare while product is on stock carts at the end of the aisles. I put a-lot of blame on DG corporate for not offering their employees adequate pay and benefits causing such high turnover and staffing shortages. The employees that have worked there are usually friendly and helpful but with low stock and frequent closings without warning, I don't even shop there much at all. Instead of DG building so many new locations, they should invest in people more to solve their employee retention issues.

For the most part it was clean and fairly organized until a mother decided to use the toy section for babysitting while she was shopping.well you can imagine
