“Scott Carter took the time to listen and understand my father’s situation and what he was specifically wanting in an all electric vehicle. He encouraged us to come in and drive the all electric Ford Lightening truck which my father fell in love with. He was transparent, looked for and applied appropriate available discounts and spent time explaining things to him. Excellent service with a pleasant person. “Perfect! I chatted via text/phone call to do the entire deal. I was given the monthly payment amount, I agreed and went to sign and they were actually able to LOWER my payments (without me asking). I feel like they really did look for the best financing deal for me and I trust them! I have purchased probably 8 brand new cars in my lifetime and never have I agreed then signed for lower payments. “Called on a Monday morning and talked to Dwight about the issue I was having with my Honda Van. He said bring it in and even though they were very busy, he would get it worked in. I got there and met Teresa the owner of the shop, she was very friendly and asked if she could help me. I told her that I had talked to Dwight, and she knew what I was referring to. They got my Van in that morning and called me twice during the day to keep me updated. The procedure was over 5 hrs long so we decided to start on it Tuesday. Tresa called me to let me know that it was done and ready to pick up. I found the customer service refreshing and the work was prompt. I even got a text two days later asking if the van was doing well. Great place and I would highly recommend!! Friendly people and great staff.”

“The thermostat in my Acadia went out and I was stuck without a vehicle. I called Matt in the service department, explained the issue and he was able to trouble shoot the problem on the phone! Since it was stuck open I was able to bring it to the dealership. He had an opening and got the vehicle right in and fixed without an issue! You can buy a GM vehicle anywhere but when you buy here you also get a top notch service department! Bonus!!! Thanks Matt.”

“Everyone has their own opinions about vehicle service stores. Normally, I do my own minor work but my wife will sometimes go to Scott's. Had to go for a flat on my truck, nail. Had a 103 temperature so couldn't do it myself. Wife took it, they tried a plug but it was flat 3 hours later. Took it back and they did a full patch. No charge either time. 5 minutes the first time and around 15 the second.I don't fault them for the first fix. Same thing I would do.One thing I noticed, very friendly and family type atmosphere. Worth it for me.”

“Just purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Equinox in near like new condition. Hakim J. was super patient as we went from car to car looking for that needle in the haystack. I even left and tried another dealer. But I couldn't get one of the cars I had seen off my mind. It checked off all the boxes except one. GPS maps. However I found that if you pair your iPhone or your Android phone to the system it will use your GPS maps from your phone and display it on the screen. Mr Hakim was awesome and showing us around and writing up an offer for me to take to my own bank. No pressure at any time. In fact we took our time and he was more than patient. One simple test drive of the Chevrolet Equinox sold me on it. The ride was so quiet and the cabin space is spacious. Plenty of room between the front and back row seats even with the front seats all the way back. The back row seats reclined. The cargo space in the rear was just enormous. The seats are very comfortable and the car that I got had a super amount of adjustability on the driver seat. Heated seats and all the bells and whistle that come with this made this a great deal. Of course the staff working there was awesome as well and everybody seemed happy with their job and was very pleasant to work with. Since I live in Ozark Alabama and Gilland Chevrolet/GMC is just down the road, I believe we have a 20-year relationship ahead of us. Because that's how long I kept my last car. It was a Chevy Malibu LTZ. An awesome car. I highly recommend them for your next automobile purchase. David E.”

“After receiving an advertisement in the mail for a holiday discount, I called to schedule an oil change, and spoke with a very friendly service associate by the name of Dominique. She was very friendly and very helpful when I called. Even though I called at around 2:30 in the afternoon, she was able to get me in for an appointment for an oil change by 3:15 the same day. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was greeted by a few friendly faces who were eager to help me. After informing them that I had just scheduled an appointment for an oil change, and that I would like to add a tire balance and alignment, they told me they would happily get that taken care of. I waited in the nice waiting room for around an hour and a half For all of my services to be complete. Upon completion, I was shown an exact description of everything that was going on with my car, including things that I hadn't even asked about. They were very thorough and very descriptive with what was going on, and helped me understand what needed to be done. The oil change was successful, and my tires were rotated, balanced, and aligned. I would definitely use Bondy's Nissan again, I had an amazing experience!”
“Was recommended by another car shop to come here and get my AC recharged. After Doug checked it, turns out my AC was just fine and tested great. Any other shop would’ve continued with the service and still charged me for the service and labor. Doug was very quick to call and tell me I don’t need the service and there was nothing I needed to pay for. Very honest man, and I know where I’ll be going when I do need my AC recharged.”
