“I visited Express Oil Change right after work around 1pm. I was ready to go home but I knew I needed an oil change. I was pretty tired and drained from dealing with rude customers all morning. When I made that stop at EOC, the roles were reversed. I was customer and TERRELL was the worker. He greeted me with a smile. He demistrated excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable. Keep up the good work TERRELL!”

“I was really traumatized from getting my windshield replaced at ANOTHER shop in Montgomery in the summer of 2023. They ruined my dashboard, stained my light interior and it took a total of 2 weeks for completion.
I went to Mikes auto glass and I will recommend to all!
I called on Monday and they offered me a next day appointment. They said it would only take about an hour and it took about 2 hours, but I had no problem with that. Usually car shops take forever, but they were quick and swift.
The front desk woman was professional and kind and the mechanic was also nice as well.
Only thing I wish I would’ve been informed of was that there was a 3% credit card usage charge. I would’ve brought cash, instead of getting charged additional $20.
Other than that, they did an amazing job, very quickly. And no damages to my interior!”

“I was in another state when my rear driver seat tire began to unravel. Thankfully, by God's grace, I made it several miles to a Goodyear in SC.
I called Don Duncan in Montgomery, explained the situation, and immediately the manager communicated with the owner at Goodyear in SC about assisting me with paying for the tire.
We didn't complete the transaction at that location due to the amount of time it would take to secure the tire.
I drove to another tire shop nearby, but the Don Duncan personnel kept answering every time I called until I could complete the purchase and make it home. I did!
When I made it back to my hometown, there was a set of tires waiting for me.

“Mr. Anderson did a phenomenal job working on my 2012 Nissan Altima . I was able to get it the day after Labor Day and he had it fixed the very next day ! I came in for a thermostat replacement and he fixed it , but he also caught that my radiator was leaking and did a radiator replacement ! All this done in an extremely short time span , his communication was top tier , and he was able to make myself and my dad feel comfortable! If I ever had another issue with my vehicle I would definitely be back . Thank you Anderson Automotive for fixing my vehicle and having me safe on the road again !”
