Called these guys to help us out in a pinch. My wife was stuck on the side of the road and we needed a tow. 20 mins later they called up and said they were able to get her car going so she could drive a the car home. They had no need to even tow the car. I tried to offer payment but they refused, saying it was a small task and they were nearby anyway and they were just happy to help out. Thank you guys so much this was a bigger help than you realize.

Waste of time. Can't be bothered to check and see if parts were available to be sold. I admit it was a test to see if the yard was up to standards. If they could have done the small task of looking for the module. I was willing to spend a ton of money on this project. I buy a lot of parts from all over this nation and world. The interaction with this yard was memorable and not for good reasons. There is a reason you fine folks have the rating and reputation you have.

I had a great experience with this company. I needed a used auto part. Called them first thing in the morning and they confirmed that had it in stock. When I arrived at lunchtime the part was already pulled and waiting for me. They have a large selection of used parts. Great service!

This place is absolutely awful 😔 I'd rather go without a part to fix my car then come here. At least you ought to try to be a salvage store , because it looks like it's absolutely everything else but that..

These people have a contract with the police to tow your car after an accident with your permission. They screw you over and price gauge you. They shouldn’t be in business. They prey on the less fortunate.

$900 to tow my Honda minivan and 400 pound 4 by 6 utility trailer maybe 5 miles. We were in an accident and the cops called Fagan. I feel like I got robbed for $400 to maybe $500 compared to if I had called another tow company. The van was on it's side but come on - you guys were there and gone in maybe just over an hour. I have a complaint into the Alabama Public Services and I will update with what they say. I have never owned a towing company and don't know what the overhead is - I do know I can call a local company where I live and get a car towed across town for about $100 bucks. I will say the customer service was the absolute best at Fagan's. They tarped my trailer and helped me get my stuff out and get the van onto my tow dolly. Excellent response from everyone I called. I did request a price reduction from the owner. He let me know through his wonderful employees my price was half what he would have charged the insurance company (things that make you go Hmmm) and that he was not going to budge on the price. I currently view Cherokee County Alabama as a place where a highway robber lives. Call back to Georgia if you need a tow - it's going to save you some big bucks.
