I went here to get a second opinion on my dogs sickness. During our consultation Dr Berry told me he needed emergency surgery. He made time to do his surgery on this same day! My dog had bone cancer and we didn’t know it until they started the surgery. The staff here at this office are SUPER caring and attentive. My sweet boy had to be put down but they kept him calm and comfortable until I could get there from driving an hour away. I was given all the time I wanted with him and was allowed to lay beside him and tell him he was a good boy as he passed on. The lobby was full of customers waiting their turn but they all patiently waited the couple minutes it took for me to say goodbye to my boy. I will be taking all my dogs to Dr Berrys office from now on! Thank you for caring !

I really don't know how to rate this place, but I can tell you I was very upset. All the ratings are very high on their website. However I guess my visit is just one of those situations. I dropped my dog off to get spayed. She was clean and smelled good when I left her there. When I picked her up the next day she was muddy on all four legs her belly and tail, and had crusty fur and the stink was unbearable. I don't know where and how they kept my dog overnight. When I picked her up I was pretty disgusted on how she looked so dirty and how she smelled so bad. Plus she had small scratches and red spots/small wounds all over her legs which I don't know what them are from. To have your pet end up like that after a surgical procedure makes you wonder about how clean it is where they work on your pets. I guess the only good thing I can say is that they are very reasonably priced, I guess that's why they are so busy.

We had an appointment at 9amand they didn’t even call our name until 10:30 am. When they called our name they then told us we’d have to leave our horse overnight because they couldn’t get to it the same day. Next day we go to pick our horse up and they open at 8:30 and they wouldn’t let us get him until the vet got there and he didn’t get there until 10:00. If I could give 0 stars I would. So very dissatisfied in this experience and will never be back here.

I’ve been using Berry for about 3 years now and have brought several dogs to see a vet here. Dr. Berry and Dr. Flynn (I think that’s her name) obviously both care about their patients and work tirelessly! Their staff is always friendly and helpful and also work really hard. Every time I come the waiting room is packed, which isn’t a complaint, it’s a good sign to me. Lots of people from all over the place bring their pets here for treatment. I recommend Berry to everybody I know. They aren’t perfect but they are hardworking, honest, and do their best!

My dear friend picked her pup up today. She had an awful experience. Her fur baby was all wet and icky. The receptionist said, " Oh we just mopped back there." Her baby after surgery should've been in her own cage and not on the floor. Plus no one acknowledged her waiting on her baby!

Beware!!! I've always heard Dr Berry was the best vet maybe so or maybe not. The ladies in the front that work there are the most rudest people I've ever dealt with. I dropped my baby off to have her spayed came back the next morning before they even opened One of the first ones there and it still took me an hour to just pick my baby up! That's ridiculous they acted like I was not even standing there waiting.. never apologized nothing very hateful people.
I will never go back there again...

They were very compassionate about us having to put the dog to sleep.They were gentle with her and she went over the bridge with in seconds they knew she was ready.Very grateful to the ladies and the doctor who offered to bury her in his pasture.

I had to put my best friend of almost 17 years to rest. It was a very hard decision and emotional time for me, the Dr and staff could not have been any more kind and caring of me and my pet, they were the nicest people you could ever want to meet. I'm so grateful that they were there when I needed them.
