30,000 dollars --i notice it in january when could not pay my bills--- I went to bank spoke to repersenty n it was said well check it out now almost 2 months later n no response from bank--- the person that hack me use bank. Up north

Standing inside in a line that has14 people waiting while 1 teller working inside, chatting with someone she knows while taking her time. I'm 5th in line and have been here 20 minutes. What does this tell you about this bank?

Just walked out the bank and witnessed how rude an employee was to elderly couple. As I go to say something she walks off. No one deserves to be talked to like that. Customer service DEFINITELY needs some work.

Trying to speak with the banker to update my cell number and everyone that got on the phone with me was rude and acted like no matter what my situation was they didn't want to help me I am almost ready to close my account and find a new bank
