The grocery pick-up really needs an improved system of organization. I had my order marked as picked up when I was still in the respective parking spot for over an hour. This is not ok and needs to be addressed. I could tell many customers were leaving based on the disorganization. At previous pick ups I have received the wrong order, or items I didn’t even purchase. Store manager, please retrain employees or find additional employees that can adapt to organization. Marking orders as picked up before they are received by customer has got to change.

Genuinely terrible experience with every drive up order. Do not recommend at all, just go in the store or do pick up from a different location.

Order pickers are pushy and rude. They get in your way, rarely say excuse me and when you ask where something is, they either ignore you or tell you it's not their job.

Always have to settle for a second choice at this location. They almost never have what we want. We usually place a delivery order from another store, but if I'm in a rush I stop here since it's the closest to my house.
This is the worst Walmart Supercenter on either side of the river.

Went to get keys made and machines were down. Staff clueless and unhelpful. Contacted HQ to get machine fixed and told them pay employees more to care or hire more to answer phones. Typical Walmart and unacceptable for what they portray their business as. Do better.

The nastiest place I’ve ever been in in my life, would not recommend visit to this store the staff is horrible. The store is wreck should be tore down.

Started back shopping at the supercenter more frequently than the local marketplace. I have more luck finding most of everything I need opposed to the small store. It's gotten a bit annoying shopping at the marketplace with how little room there is to get through and self check out gets so backed up all the way to the grocery aisles I just don't care for it at all. And it seems in my case of shopping at the supercenter that employees are a majority much nicer there.

The last 3 times I’ve been here there have been no less than 50 customers checking out with 3-4 registers open of the 39 I counted. This is ridiculous and a failure of management.

Jerry in the produce department was so helpful and knowledgeable of his department.
Definitely gave me a 5 star experience.
