I have never I’m my life dealt with this much incompetence. It amazes me that a business can operate the way this place does not only do they refill the wrong prescriptions and then unapologetically tell you to wait 3 more hours for them to get it, right. This has happened to me multiple times so it’s not just a one time thing. It’s almost like they’re doing it on purpose and I can’t imagine why. And don’t even get me started on their photo department just be aware that you may never get your order and have a hard time getting a refund.

Payment system outdated. Had to go to Walmart because Walgreens couldn’t do a split payment with 2 debit cards. Smh

We had moved to this pharmacy years ago, due to the speed and efficiency the staff provided, but in the past two years, the service and management of pharmacy activities has declined. During my past several visits, I have stood in line for 45 minute to past an hour, as we watched 5+ staff members operate one indoor window and the drive through.Employees that spend 15 minutes plus, looking for filled prescriptions in the boxes, not finding them, walking out of sight in pharmacy...still looking, only to come back to window, and suddenly have "the light" come on to look in overflow bin.Teller machines that lock up or crash.I will not be back. If your idea of a good time is to stand in line....then by all means, don't pass up this pharmacy.

I am officially changing to a different pharmacy. They are always slow, pharmacist will randomly not be on duty. Been dealing with this for years an now today I waited in line for 45 minutes to get meds. As I pulled off I realized they forgot the one that I needed the most. Pulled around to get back in line. As I am waiting for another 15 minutes they put the sign in the window that pharmacy is not on duty. Everyone in line has to pull off without medications

Long time customer and I was in line in drive thru at ten till seven. Waited twenty minutes and when my turn you closed up and I couldn’t get my prescriptions. Horrible customer service.

This Walgreens is so much better then the one on Crawford rd. However, I have been trying to get my prescriptions for a couple days now but they have been super busy. I was finally able to get there at a time there was only one person in front of me. They literally looked for this lady's prescription for almost 30 min and I had to leave. They could have at least had her wait to the side and grabbed the line full of people an mine and had the one person look for the meds. Finally able to wait in line for however many hours I needed and now they have to redo a prescription because I waited to long to come and get it.
