The worst pharmacy in the area. My prescriptions are never ready even when I call them in over the phone there is always something wrong or a problem on their end with filling my prescriptions. And its always with my insulin the one prescription I need to stay alive!!!!!

I had the worse experience at Walgreens. Two young Caucasian women refused to give me my child’s medication after my second trip there. They refused to provide their names. And not to mention closed the drive thru window in face in order to not service me. They wanted me to get out of line and come inside. Although I waited 20 mins in drive thru. I had to go in and get my child’s medication that was ready btw! When I walked in 7 customers who saw the whole incident agreed that they were wrong and they have horrible service! I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

Always grab my white strips here. They always have the right ones that everyone else usually doesn’t have in store on the shelf. I have never had my teeth whitened at the dentist. Years of doing them myself and no damage. We love this location. Thanks Walgreens.

I have never been to a worse pharmacy than this one. For the past 3 months, I have gone there have been issues. So much so that they gave me my medication for free because, after hours of trying to explain to them that I wasn’t trying to fill my medication early, it was truly my day to fill it. Then today I called up there to see what time I could come to get my medicine tomorrow they had 2 different technicians that straight hung the phone up on me. After I went up there the Pharmacy explained to me that they told her that I was using for Profanity. Which is a bald-faced lie never wants. I say anything near a curse word. It was easier for me to get 180 Oxycodone 30 mg than it has been getting the medication that I’m currently taking. The pharmacist then talked with me but when I asked to speak to someone above her, she told me there was no one above her. I explained to her there had to be some kind of district manager of some sort. She then tells me there was another lady that was there. I don't know if she was a manager or not, but Miss Becky was amazing. She talked to me like a normal person Apologize And it’s explained to me when I could come get my medication. I truly tell you Stores like this that treat people the way that they’ve treated me these past three months is the reason why people would rather go to the streets that they were to get things correctly. I am in the recovery field and I am truly sick by the actions of the store and its employees. I have never been more embarrassed in my whole life. And on top of that to have professionals lie on me to justify their actions of hanging up on me. I truly would drive five extra hours to find another store than I would go here.So update I was told to call in the morning because they would leave a note for it to be filled at 8. I called and not only does the night crew hang up on customers so does the daytime employees. after being told that they would not be able to do it till later on today, I explained to them that there was a note left and I needed to fill this morning because I was going out of town. She tells me that there was a note left, and that I can come get it now and then hang the phone up on me. After I was just told that they could not do it. I tell you it’s sickens me the way that they treat people. I’m not just saying this, but everyone in the store in the pharmacy department should be fired. I’ve never once rotor review ever in my life, but this is beyond anything that I can imagine anyone going through.

Walgreens Pharmacy Personnel Customer Service and efficiency Sucks! I had never made or said a negative comment about anyone's customer service, but these people went over board. Anyone can make a mistake, own it and move on. We, after all, are humans. I placed a prescription to be filled. Walgreens called me when it was filled. I went a couple of days later. I was told that it needed to be filled out, I was surprised but ok, I waited. 1 1/2hr Was told that the new card for 2024 was invalid or not activated. That they were calling insurance offices to confirm, that perhaps I should come back another day. I was there, the tech was not calling anyone!! total lie!!!. There is only one insurance office to call. What actually happened: Walgreens made the mistake of filling out the wrong med.! Instead of saying the wrong med was filled out, they gave me the reason that the Insurance Card was not activated and to come back another day. (I had called insurance company from home to make sure all would be set) I went to my car and called insurance company again and that's when the insurance company told me that the wrong med was filled and that is why the Insurance company declined the authorization. It was too soon for that particular med to be refilled. Insurance company called in my behalf to straighten it out and the Pharmacy Tech, declined to answer the phone calls claiming she was too busy. I WAS THERE , SHE WAS NOT THAT BUSY to answer the phone and have the matter cleared. A manager with a sour attitude came out shouting at me that they were filling out the correct prescription.. I'm an educated person, I resented how this manager addressed me. Obviously her team's attitude reflects hers. By now 3 hours had elapsed. I walked out without any med. I do not recommend this pharmacy. BEWARE! Apparently their parents forgot to teach them, kindness, empathy for the sick , and honesty.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been on hold with this pharmacy for 2 hours and no one has answered the phone. How is this place still in business with such a lack of customer service?

Walgreens used to be my fav pharmacy but not anymore. The staff is nice but it takes forever to get your prescription filled...if there is a pharmacist on duty.

The pharmacist is terrible. Accusatory, aggressive, and quick to make judgments that could cause harm to one’s reputation. I witnessed it. Regardless of one’s personal beliefs, you should never speak to someone like they are below you, make assumptions, or speak so awful to someone who is there for care to better themselves. This is precisely why addicts are afraid to get help, and if they go here, rightfully so. Addiction, STDs, and other sensitive personal matters should not be judged, create bias, or change one’s ability to show EQUALITY!!! This pharmacy needs some training. It is sad because it wasn’t ALWAYS this bad bc before I Quit getting my medicine there due to this behavior, I had ten years of previous experience here and was pleased then.
