*WARNING - THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STOREScam shop third party retailer. Go to a normal Verizon store, you are likely to pay 2-3x less than going here. Authorized retailers have a history of intentionally giving customers defective products in hope they would not return them. They will try to trick you into spending more money than you have to.(Business owner deleted their reply, which was trying to buy a 5 star review)

Don’t do any type of trade in with this company because employees do NOT do what they are supposed to do and now I have to pay full price for a phone that was supposed to be free and my other phone was supposed to have an $800 credit. Now I have to pay over $2000 for phones. If I would have known that I would be paying this much I would have kept my phones. Now the employee that handled this no longer works there and they are only offering $500 credit towards my phone bill. It was their employee that didn’t ship my phones off and didn’t do the paperwork correctly. They should be responsible for their employees tomfoolery. Best believe I will not be doing anymore business with them ever again.
