Purchased flip phone 3 days ago for my elderly mother. They handed me the box. I left store thinking the phone was ready to use. Plugged it in to charge. There was no battery in the phone! Went back to the store few days later with my receipt. They wouldn’t exchange the phone. My entire family has had Verizon service for decades. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! I will NEVER use Verizon store in Phenix City again!

The customer service at the Phenix City, AL location is unmatched. Some of the best customer service I have experienced. The team is clearly well-led and full of efficient problem solvers who possess an attitude of helpfulness and service.

Came in to claim an upgrade I’ve been due for and was helped out by Errick. Errick was incredibly knowledgeable and provided one of, if not the, best customer service experience I’ve been fortunate enough to experience. Errick provided a super smooth and valuable experience. He provided me with incredible promotions and got me the most bang for my buck. I left in a much better position than what I came in with. Couldn’t be happier with my experience!

Brian was incredibly courteous and informative. Found the best deals and made what is usually not fun buying a phone, quite enjoyable. Will buy from him again.

Horrible customer service from staff and management. The staff made it very clear I was holding her from her lunch and that she did not want to help. The manager spent his time walking around on phone not discussing any thing Verizon related and sitting on the window seal. During my visit I brought issue to his attention and while talking he is leaning on the counter on Facebook I could literally see his screen. I walked out.

I would give zero stars if I could I was disrespected treated like a I was a fraud criminal and worst customer service ever they cancelled my transaction it made me lose all my perks for transferring my line then proceeded to do the order over totally wrong I had this number for 6 years plus on top my bill was estimated to be about 700 a month what a joke I was treat like trash I waited 4 hours please stay away from this store and the phone is garbage and the service is too still up in the air rather I should return everything I felt so pressured didn’t even receive color phones my wife wanted like to be paying 1000 dollars for a phone I should of had the choice of the color phone but was told there was nten but black it’s sad like phone service not even worth it

Horrible service. Me and my husband went in and Marie completely ignored me and would only speak to my husband. If that wasn't bad enough fast forward a month later and now our bill is all messed up. They changed my plan to something completely different than what was wanted and what is on our signed paperwork. Now my bill is $95 more than it should be. I've currently been chatting with Verizon for over 3 hrs and they still can't get it resolved. This stores practice is to keep you confused and charge you for things you didn't agree upon.

Great Place, Customer Service Associates always go above and beyond. Most Attentive to your needs and concerns. Great atmosphere, Customer Care is Platinum Standard. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Love this place ❤️

My husband and I spent our entire weekend at Verizon. Richard was awful and it became clear after the second day at this store that he has no idea what he’s doing and instead of finding the right answer, he just makes things up. I came in to upgrade my phone and the one I wanted wasn’t in stock. Not his fault. But he sold me a phone with 256GB without asking. I’ve had 128GB with plenty of space left. This costs $100 extra. Didn’t realize this until we left the store. He also sold me the wrong size case for my phone. He told me I wouldn’t have to sign for my phone to be delivered and lo and behold I actually do. We went back the next day to upgrade my husband and son’s phones and got stuck with him again. (He also asked my husband and son to write down their Apple IDs AND passwords for him. Red flag.) That whole process took forever and wasn’t done correctly which landed us back there for a third day in a row. And my husband’s phone still isn’t working correctly. I will never give my business to this location again.

Must pay more upfront to be able to pay them a higher premium. Nothing is ever in stock except for the newer premium phones.
