Called ahead to inquire if they were giving loans on car stereo equipment.
They insured me they were.
Drove 20min in the rain to Phoenix City to get a much needed loan. Walked in and within seconds was told they're not giving loans for car stereo equipment.
Needless to say I wasted my time and gas.
Will give 2 stars bc they did seem to have a great selection of items.

Pawn my ar and when I picked it up had to wait a week before I could it then charged me a extra month I have bought 7 fire arms and never waited more than 1 or 2 hours and it was always fun over the computer they're he said they half to call and let him no if it's ok for me to pick up the gun didn't no they called any more thought it was fun over the enter Waves just my thoughts..needed the gun the day after I payed it out not a week later

I just left uptown pawn. I’m very disappointed with their customer service. And I will never go back. Didn’t greet me when I walked in. Both of the men that work there didn’t have a nice disposition. They watched me as if I was about to steal something. The only bright side is that the lady in there was very courteous. Customer service is everything. Do better uptown pawn!

Put a 38 special on layaway, went to get the background check done, left the layaway paper with them and left to finish paying bills only when we called to see about the background check, she was very rude so we bought a gun elsewhere, they conveniently couldn't find where we put money on the layaway. Will NEVER go back. Would leave zero stars if I could
