I had an issue with my unit and called and got a live person within a minute or so…Angela is the agent that assisted me and was so helpful! Resolved the issue with minimal wait time and compensated me for any inconvenience…I was thinking of transferring to another facility, but I’ll stay since it was so easy to get my concerns met and resolved! Angela is AWESOME!!
