My front tire began to have a slow leak, so I took it to Mavis for analysis and repair. Michael and his team quickly diagnosed the issue as a cracked rim and told me I needed to take it to another shop for repair and gave me a recommendation. When I asked for the bill for the labor cost of this diagnosis, Michael told me, "No charge." I was shocked! What a neighborly and good gesture. Thank you, Michael; you just got a future customer!
