Came ALL THE WAY out here **FROM BYRON, GA**AND IT'S CLOSED. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD, "DOESN'T CLOSE TILL 6:30PM"****IT'S 5:54PM**** TUESDAY 11/28/23No one in sight, lights off, doors locked on both sides, this is RIDICULOUS!!***EDIT AFTER RESPONSE***I DON'T need to reach out to be helped out.YOU GUYS need to either 1. FIX SCHEDULING HOURS or 2. Speak and Notify Staff Members about hours of operation!~Very professional for not solving issues~

I had the best experience with a young lady named Kylee today.. I'm new to Phenix City and a little older.. I can't figure out all the new computer stuff nowadays.. she helped us get everything taken care of.. she was very kind and patient with us.. she went over and beyond to help us get our documents printed.. I will always do my business here..

Customer service is very friendly. When I am shipping a package they always give me the option and prices of when to expect it to arrive. When I am shipping glass items they package it well and I have not had anyone receiving the package saying it was broken or the package damaged. I mailed a package and had two Amazon returns that I took to the UPS store in Phenix City 14 September.

Every time I have a return that says take to your local UPS Store for free drop-off they can't take it for some reason. But if you're paying, then magically they can take it all of a sudden.

Friday the 18th of August 2023, I went to have a shelf size stereo system wrapped to send to my sister. A beautiful young lady wrapped everything for me. This UPS store is located next to Marcos ? in Phenix City. A pleasant and very clean store. Thank you ?

Staff is so incredibly nice and patient. I came in frazzled as nothing was going right the other day and I had a bunch of different packages to ship off. I felt so unorganized. They told me to just breathe and we were gonna get it all done. The gals behind the counter were so nice and helpful. By the time I left we were all laughing and I was so much calmer. I thanked them for being so patient and they actually said ‘you’re very welcome, thank you for being nice to us!’ EVERYONE BETTER BE NICE TO THESE GALS AS THEY’RE AMAZING! I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the woman that helped me the most but just in case the staff is reading this, I’m the middle aged that woman couldn’t get the label to print and had the Nordstrom order that I had to get sent off STAT. ??? You know who you are!!! Thank you for making laugh and your level of personalization with customers. It makes a difference!!!

Very unprofessional. Brought a return for tmobile and was told that I would have to pay $1.00 for the printout of the label since my printer is broken, which I was fine with. Guy asks me if I need a box and I say yes. He goes over there and starts packing the box and tells me after the fact that I have to pay for the box and for him to pack it! Who does that after the fact. Tell your customers before. I have no problem paying but it's the principle of the matter. In sales I tell my customers about fees before the sale not after the fact, that's a great way to upset customers. Very deceitful man. Not appreciated

The staff are always so friendly! And this is a really convenient location.The only improvement I wish they'd make is to install an automatic door opener - the door is heavy and closes really quickly which makes is very difficult to carry boxes inside.
