Absolutely horrible service. I had scheduled a U-Haul truck rental from this location, and they were unable to fulfill the order. I had gotten there at the designated operating hours, and no one showed up. I looked around and surmised that it must be a small operation, so they do not always need to be there at the designated operating hours. I continued to wait there until my scheduled pickup time. I waited 30 minutes, and not a single soul appeared. I had called the business number in the vain hopes that someone would show up. I had to contact U-Haul and organize another pickup in Opelika, and schedule an expensive Uber to get to the new location. Wouldn't exactly recommend. I also scheduled the service on a Friday. During their operating hours of 9-3 Tuesday through Saturday.
