They were great, a gentleman brought me a bottle of water while i waited. I was in and out. Just to be sure they knew I was very appreciative I honked on my way out ( following the rules on the sign) which made me smile.

Very friendly and Quick. One of the younger guys asked his boss why they don’t clean the windshield from the bottom up and we had a good laugh over that.

I visited the Crawford road location in Phenix City. It was storming and I actually felt horrible about going on such a rainy day. I had put my oil change off for too many days. Let me tell you these guys were so awesome! The three technicians that I interacted with were so polite and had awesome customer service. They smiled like it wasn't storming outside. While I wouldn't recommend going when it's storming, if you do you will still get great customer service. Definitely should stop by this location.
